More than 15 years professional experience in media production, journalism, and teaching. Creative Director, Acoustiguide, now part of the Espro Acoustiguide Group, for six years beginning in 2000.  Responsible for evaluating, directing and overseeing all aspects of Acoustiguide audio productions for a veritable Who's Who of American museums and heritage sites.

Previous broadcast media experience includes extensive work as a producer for National Public Radio News programs including Morning Edition, and All Things Considered. Key roles in the creation of new programming including NPR’s Talk of the Nation and Weekly Edition, MSNBC’s Edgewise with John Hockenberry, and Public Radio International’s Satellite Sisters. Heard nationally on many public radio programs in the United States and Canada as reporter and commentator specializing in science and cultural stories from 1990 to the present. Adjunct Professor at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism 1998 and 1999.
